FloControl has earned the seal of approval!

Right from FloControl’s incorporation back in 2009, the foundation was laid for a solid management system to ensure our customers of the highest quality and service, in a transparent and structured way.

With the introduction of prefabricated solutions, process, quality and waste management became even more important. Over 1000 valve sets are assembled, labelled, tested, boxed, quality-controlled, packed and shipped every single week in our Burnley facility.

Projects regularly ask for specific configurations to meet requirements. Over the years our range of valve sets has been expanded accordingly to become the most versatile and extensive range of terminal unit valve set in the market.

The high complexity of dealing with multiple projects at the same time, managing call offs for our customers and preparing the product for an easy installation process, whether it is onsite or in at an OEM, requires solid management processes.

We are pleased and proud to see that our customer facing process of labelling terminal unit valve assemblies, cross-referenced to the schedule, packaged in pairs for heating & cooling duty in recycled material and palleted in schedule sequence has now become the industry standard.

However, our supporting processes of stock management and engineering support are equally crucial to deliver a consistent result to our customers.

All our assemblies are assembled to project drawing. We keep a very close eye on stock movements in daily morning meetings to ensure constant availability.

Receiving the ISO accreditation solidifies our daily effort to provide the best possible solutions and service to our customers with care for our environment. A big thank you to all of our colleagues who made this happen. We couldn’t have done it without you.
